Kale Suprise
The actual name for North African Pinapple Peanut Stew, but when my mom first served it to my dad, he was suprised by how good it was. Some ingredients include:
- Super-Chunk Peanut Butter
- sliced pineapple
- onions
- tabasco sauce (we do not include that)
- kale
